as the Lord is at work in us (Philippians 2:13).

Can we know what is good, apart from God?
And when we do not know what is good, how can we give good to our children and to others whom we love?
The Bible tells us that our Father in Heaven will surely give us what is good when we come to Him (Luke 11:10).
Learning to know and live for God, can be hard, especially when most of what is around us day to day, does not point us back to Him.
As we seek Him, the Lord can and will establish His word, His wisdom and His love in our hearts. He is the good gift.
BARE FEET

Some of us learn that life is our own to live, as we desire.
Some of us learn to go to church, sometimes.
Or when a holiday rolls around...
Some of read the Bible.
Some of us just own one.
Some of us learn to pray when we are in need of help and healing.
Or as Jelly Roll put it, 'when I need a favor'.
There are reasons that any of us may find ourselves in one or more of the seasons above.
Maybe this sounds like you today, or someone that you love.
Which can be a stumbling block to our own faith.
Let us not remain there, for we have hope. (John 3:16)
When we learn who God is and who we are in Him, we face an undeniable love and knowledge of our worth.
When we learn to love others as the Lord does, we help share who is He.
